How to play Drive Mad

Super simple controls

• Forward: Hold or tap the right side of the screen (or the →/W key).
• Backward/Brake: Hold or tap the left side of the screen (or ←/S key).

The aim is to drive the car to the finish line safely, despite the odd terrain and vehicles.

Driving with realistic physics

• If unbalanced, the car can flip, break the axle, fly, back up, or fall in water.
• Acceleration is not enough to win—you have to watch the angle of the fall, control the force, and react quickly to unexpected situations.

Each level is a surprise

• There are weak rope bridges, bumpy square wheels, rocket cars, and roller coaster-like twists.

Some typical levels in Drive Mad

First Gear

• Objective: Get familiar with the car controls.
• Just press forward (→ or the right side of the screen) to run to the finish line.
• There are no obstacles; this is a warm-up level to introduce the gameplay.
• Tip: Accelerate gently; do not hold down for too long.

Rope Bridge

• Objective: Cross the fragile rope bridge.
• The bridge will sway as you go, making it simple to lose balance.
• If you go too fast, the bridge may collapse or the car may flip over.
• Tip: Keep a slow and steady speed. When you see the bridge sway, stop slightly and continue.

Square Wheels

• Objective: Ride on a square wheel.
• The ride will be bumpy and uneven.
• The car will bounce around and lose control.
• Tip: Tap the wheel gently and rhythmically to give it time to roll. Balance the car by increasing/decreasing when you feel the car tilt.

Loop the Loop

• Objective: Ride through the loop like a roller coaster.
• This is a speed game—you need enough power to do the loop.
• If you go slow, the car will fall in the middle of the loop and flip over.
• Tip: Accelerate hard from the start. Don’t brake mid-loop—keep the throttle up until you get through.
