Speed Stars is a sprint simulation game that focuses on realistic running techniques, where players must control their cadence, head position, acceleration and speed maintenance to achieve the best results. The main content of the game revolves around the 100-meter dash, but there are also many other runs, such as the 200-meter, free-run, or 110-meter hurdles, for additional practice.

How to play Speed Stars
Block Start—Starting correctly
A good start determines most of the results. Players need to take a strong first step, a soft second step, and then quickly get into rhythm. The ideal mark is to cover 10m in about 8-10 steps; you can use a 300 BPM beat to keep the tempo steady.
Acceleration & Head Position
From 10 meters onward, you gradually raise your head. At about 60m, the posture must be completely straight. If you lean too far back, you will lose final speed; if you lean too far forward, you will lose thrust—the optimal position is to keep your head in the middle of the screen when you press.
Stride & Hold Speed
The middle of the distance is where you enter the stride. Press steadily, not too quickly, to maintain maximum speed around the 50m mark. The stability of the press rhythm determines how to maintain top speed for the rest of the distance.
Finish – Forward Leaning & Diving
When you are close to the finish line, you can lean slightly for the last five steps (forward lean) to optimize your time. Diving should only be used close to the finish line to avoid breaking your running rhythm.
Build Character & Practice
Choose the Right Build
Many players choose the giant build because of its long stride, powerful stride, and effective speed retention. You can import build codes from other players to use a more optimal form.
Free Run & Hurdles
Modes like Free Run help increase stamina and top speed, while 110m Hurdles help train rhythm and reflexes. Regular practice is the most important factor in improving your performance.
Speed Stars is attractive because of its combination of simple operation and technical depth. This is the ideal game for those who like to optimize their technique, chase it, and do not mind continuous practice. There are many other new and attractive games that have just been updated on the site, such as Traffic Jam 3D, which you can visit and try.
